Once again Rachel ( left ) has been selected for the KUGB England Female Senior Kumite Squad 2010. The selection had taken place at the "Red Triangle" Dojo in Liverpool under the watchful eyes of sensei Andy Sherry and sensei Frank Brennan. We wish her all the best.

Saturday lesson at St. Elizabeth's Church Hall, Aspull (opposite Hare and Hounds pub). All welcome to train. Training from 12 till 1.30pm. It will consist of 12 till 1pm normal lesson, 1pm till 1.30 for members and coloured belts only for extra training, e.g. for competitions, kumite or kata etc. *********************************************************** Next Grade: Saturday June 5th at Kingsleigh Church Hall, Leigh. Our congratulations to Jake, Ashley and Adam(above) for getting their black belts. The grading took place at Barnsley Sports Centre on Sat. 19th September 2009. Examiners were Sensei Andy Sherry and Sensei Billy Higgins. Who was more nervous them or me as the grading was taking place? Still all three passed, we should all be proud of them. |
